1. Introduction

Alprosper Marketing, LLC ("Alprosper," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites, including alprosper.com and alprosper.ai, or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in various ways, including:

  • Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, and business information you provide when booking a consultation or demo, contacting us, chatting with us, or subscribing to updates.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our websites, including pages visited, time spent, navigation patterns, clicks and scrolling.
  • Device Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Small data files, browser storage, and pixels, described in section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services
  • Process and manage consultation and demo bookings
  • Send you messages about your request, and marketing communications with your consent
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve our websites and services
  • Analyze usage patterns and trends
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your request (such as booking confirmations and reminders) and, if you opt in separately, about promotions and product updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver our messages and support, such as our messaging platform. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Vendors who help us run our websites and deliver our services, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), our customer relationship, scheduling and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), and website analytics (Microsoft Clarity and PostHog).
  • Advertising Partners: On alprosper.ai, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) receives information through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our ads, as described in section 6. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described in section 7.
  • Business Partners: Trusted partners with whom we collaborate to provide integrated solutions.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to run our websites, understand how they're used, and measure our advertising:

  • Website analytics: alprosper.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. alprosper.ai uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll, move and click so we can replay visits and see heatmaps (it hides what you type into form fields), and may use PostHog to count which buttons and booking steps people use.
  • Chat: alprosper.com's chat window is provided by our messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), which stores what's needed to keep your conversation going.
  • Advertising: alprosper.ai uses the Meta Pixel to tell Meta when someone views the page or books a demo. When you book a demo with marketing cookies allowed, our server also sends the booking to Meta's Conversions API, including your email address and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address, browser type, Meta cookie identifiers, and the page address. We do not send your phone number to Meta. Meta may combine this with information it already has to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

The alprosper.ai Cookie Policy lists each cookie, what it does, and how long it lasts.

7. Your Privacy Choices

  • Cookie settings: On alprosper.ai, use "Your privacy choices" in the footer to turn analytics or marketing cookies on or off, including opting out of sharing for advertising. On alprosper.com, use the cookie preferences link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
  • Global Privacy Control: alprosper.ai treats a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of marketing cookies and of sharing for advertising.
  • Visitors in Europe: On alprosper.ai, visitors whose device is set to a time zone in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland have analytics and marketing turned off until they choose to allow them.
  • Meta: You can manage how Meta uses information from other websites in your Meta ad preferences.
  • Emails and texts: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text message.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as providing our services, keeping records of our business relationship, and meeting legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information as described in section 10.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Opt out of sharing for advertising or targeted advertising
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To use these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline your request, you can reply to appeal our decision.
